Delete your account
How to delete your account and all data, and what happens.
The app is in German for now, so button names are quoted in German with the English meaning in brackets.
How it works
- Open your profile (“Profil”) and scroll to the very bottom.
- Tap “Konto und alle Daten löschen” (delete account and all data) and confirm.
What is deleted
Your account, all tours, photos, points and your territory are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone. Your player name becomes available again afterwards.
Don’t forget your subscription
If you have CLAYM Plus, also cancel it on Google Play or in the App Store. Deleting your account does not end the subscription there automatically.
