Sign in and sign out
How to sign in with email and password or with Face ID or fingerprint, and how to sign out.
The app is in German for now, so button names are quoted in German with the English meaning in brackets.
Sign in
- Open CLAYM and tap “Anmelden” (sign in).
- Enter your account’s email address and password.
- Tap “Anmelden”.
You stay signed in until you sign out yourself. Your tours, points and territory belong to your account, not your phone. On a new phone, just sign in again.
With Face ID or fingerprint
After your first sign-in with a password, CLAYM asks whether you want to sign in with Face ID or fingerprint from now on. Next time you just tap “Mit Face ID anmelden” or “Mit Fingerabdruck anmelden”.
Your phone does the check. We receive no biometric data. You can turn this on and off in your profile (“Profil”).
Sign out
Open “Profil”, scroll to the very bottom and tap “Abmelden” (sign out). Your data stays on our server. Make sure tours not yet uploaded have been uploaded first, so be online.
Forgot your password?
There is no reset function yet during the test phase. Write to us from your account’s email address and we’ll help you.
