Get a loop planned
From where you are, CLAYM suggests a loop with as many new streets as possible and guides you with voice prompts.
The app is in German for now, so button names are quoted in German with the English meaning in brackets.
Calculate a loop
- Tap “Runde” (loop) on the map.
- Use the slider to set how long the loop should be.
- Tap “Runde berechnen” (calculate loop).
CLAYM shows the loop as a dashed line, plus its length, how many kilometres of it are new to you and how many points are possible.
Set off with navigation
Tap “Navigation starten” (start navigation). The tour is recorded and voice prompts guide you, so you don’t have to look at your phone. If you leave the route, the app says “Kehre zur gestrichelten Linie zurück” (return to the dashed line).
Don’t like the loop? Just calculate a new one or close it with the X.
Good to know
- The loop matches the way of moving you chose.
- Loops only exist in areas with street data, see Where does CLAYM work?.
- The loop is part of CLAYM Plus.
